1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MebhaTalkz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Application. By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

3. Geo-Restrictions & Sanctions Compliance

The Service is intended for users worldwide, excluding regions subject to comprehensive international sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a citizen/resident of:

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela.
The Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any such country or region.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

6. End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) & Data Loss

MebhaTalkz utilizes End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for messages. This means we do not have access to the content of your messages.

IMPORTANT: Because of E2EE and privacy-focused design, we cannot recover your messages or encryption keys if you lose access to your device or forget your password. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MebhaTalkz and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit ("User Content"), but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MebhaTalkz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MebhaTalkz and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these terms.
